Connection
To use this cable, connect one end to a router, switch, or hub, then connect the other end to a router, switch, hub, or network client device (like a PC, game console, or media player).
Direction
This cable is bi-directional. It does not matter which end is connected to which device.
Compatibility
This cable is compatible with all Ethernet ports and devices. This cable can not be used to connected two computers to each other directly, without a hub or router. To connect two computers directly, a crossover cable would be needed.
